iiinvoices is software for invoice creation and management. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
You are solely responsible for GST and statutory correctness, including rates, classifications, place of supply, and filings.
You retain ownership of your submitted data and grant us a limited right to process it to operate and secure the service.
You must not use iiinvoices for fraud, unlawful activity, or abuse of the platform.
The service may change or be interrupted. Maintain independent backups and records for business-critical use.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iiinvoices is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including tax penalties, loss of profit, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify iiinvoices for claims arising from your data, misuse, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
